What's included in each plan?

Free gets you started with basic monitoring and a taste of tracing. Starter unlocks more monitors and longer retention. Pro is for production apps with full observability.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount. When downgrading, the remaining balance is credited.

What happens if I exceed my limits?

We use soft limits. You'll get a notification when approaching your quota. Ingestion continues but you'll be prompted to upgrade.

Is there a trial for paid plans?

Yes, paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards. Payments processed securely via Stripe.

Do you offer annual pricing?
